Olive Pastries

1 small jar olives stuffed with pimentoes (about 30)

6oz grated cheese

40z plain flour

4oz butter

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Melt the butter and add it to all of the dry ingredients. Make this into a dough. Take 1 teaspoon of dough and wrap it around each olive. Freeze on a baking tray then store in a freezer bag. Bake from frozen 2 inches apart at 200c for 10-15mins. They should be crisp to the touc. Sometimes they run when cooking, which is fine. Depends on what type of cheese you use. Cool before serving.
